This book highlights many films that show angels or heaven and discusses which aspects in these movies are correct based on the near-death experience (NDE) and after-death communication (ADC) literatures.

A full annotated filmography is provided with additional information on all the films discussed in the main text. A brief annotated bibliography is included to guide readers to interesting books on NDEs, ADCs, and related subjects.

Many of the films that got some aspects wrong were nevertheless well-crafted and entertaining. But a large number of the movies, even the well-made ones, incorrectly depicted angels, heaven, and related issues.

At the same time, it was nice to see several films portray some aspects of angels and heaven correctly. These movies went beyond entertaining to try to enlighten people—which is my humble purpose as well.
